Houssa

Houssa is the capital city of the Colonial Alliance region of Xaswana. Unlike other settlements during the days immediately after The Event, the people of Houssa embraced living without advanced technology on the planet Elysium. They learned to live off the land and studied the local fauna and flora in order to better understand the world around them. Many people from Houssa have become famous as scholars and explorers that have mastered herbalism and zoology. Houssa has also become a center of spiritualism for those that want to connect with nature or long for nourishing the Human spirit instead of just the mind. The Sanctuary of Osanyin, a renown higher educational and spiritual center that specializes in the natural world is located here. Also, The Order of Servitude, a religious organization of monks, has their main temple in Houssa.
