The capital city of The Elysium Colonial Alliance and the region of Landfall. It is a vast metropolis and the greater and most populated of the “Five Cities”, the largest settlement in the Colonial Alliance. It is located in the northeastern region of the continent of Vanaheim. Widely considered to be the most advanced settlement on the planet. The Colonial Alliance High Council, The Grand Library, Faraday University, and the Landfall Space Port are located in this city.
